At Apex Services we pride ourselves on the quality of materials and the standard of our finish. We only employ the best tradesmen we can find and have a very high retention rate which provides consistency of service and standards.
The above statement from our operations director, Adam Murphy, is a vital part of our continued success in this industry, however we know that a handful of our competitors also have highly skilled tradesmen and women and pride in their standard of work. What really sets us apart from the competition are our systems and communication.
At Apex Services we are not like your traditional building firm. We don’t pull figures out of the air, write on the back of a fag packet or use your money to buy materials for another job. Our Financial Director, Paul King, has experience of management systems and is actually a Quality Management Systems lead auditor, as such he demands that our management systems are followed and has integrated a specialist project management software into the business from the very beginning. Your money is ring fenced solely for use on your project, every expense and labour hours are tracked and allocated to your project ensuring we are in complete control of the project and the budget at all times.
For our residential clients this means that your deposits and guarantees are fully insured. Essentially any deposit you pay to Apex Services is insured so that should the worst happen and the company ceased trading then you are not left out of pocket. It also means that the guarantee provided by Apex services is insurance backed by HIP who are approved and authorised by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). This means that again should the worst happen and something went wrong within the guarantee period any work required to rectify the issue will be covered by the insurance.
Having searched the internet high and low for a company to supply and fit a new front door made from Accoya wood, we were ready to give in, when a friend asked if we had tried Adam from Apex services. One call and a few days later Adam came over and to our surprise he had a local manufacturer and could have it made and fitted in just 3 weeks. It wasn’t cheap, but then the craftsmanship in the door and frame coupled with the flawless installation and finish make it worth the investment.
