We are commonly asked if extension plans are actually needed or not. Our answer is that it depends on the scope of your required works, however plans are always advisable for many reasons. The process of designing and building your perfect home can be complex and stressful, detailed plans help to ensure all those involved are working towards the same end goal.

Some projects require detailed plans to be submitted in order to gain planning permission whilst smaller projects may not need these. However in our experience having clear plans from the outset of the project helps you to gain accurate quotations, avoid any miscommunication and ensure you get the job done right.
